Vegetable Broth is naturally loaded with essential nutrients that support immunity when consumed as part of a healthful & varied diet. These nutrients include a whole food source of Zinc which is an essential mineral for assisting immune system function and contributes to cell protection from free radicals and Vitamin B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst also supporting immunity. <Way to use it>
