SHIPPING POLICY
All online orders are handled between Monday and Friday.
We ship both within Australia and internationally according to the products you have ordered:
- Free Shipping to Australia for orders $150+
- $12 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $150
- All International Orders: Specified at checkout by order weight
Please note that some products that contain alcohol such as essential oils cannot be sent via airmail and thus cannot be sent nor internationally except by land as they are flammable. Contact us if you have any questions.
<SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA>
Spend $150 or more in one order to receive free shipping within Australia!
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post for a flat fee of $12. Australia Post normally estimate 4+ business day turnaround for this option, however please be aware that Australia Post have advised that due to the impact of Coronavirus, recipients may experience significant delays. Contact Australia Post directly for updated timeframes.
<INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING>
For all orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia, your order is delivered via Australia Post. The fee will be calculated at checkout according to your destination and the weight of your order. We cannot provide an estimated shipping timeframe as this varies by country and is further impacted by the Coronavirus delays. Please contact Australia Post directly for detailed information.
Please note that all import duties, taxes and charges are unable to be included in the item, shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
